Returns

Please call Customer Service to request a return at +607 2872326. Be sure that the information from your packing slip and the name of the original purchaser of the order ready to provide to the customer service representative over the phone.

We offer a 14 days return policy on not opened purchases, which the item shall be return in the way of being received.
The total refund will deduct the shipping cost each way. If the return is a result of our error, LEDLENSER Malaysia shall refund shipping charges and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item.

All return items should be return to

Note for engraved lights:
Engraving is a great way to make your LEDLENSER light uniquely yours. Please do allow 2 – 3 extra working days for processing for your order, do make sure your spelling and word written are correct, as we are not responsible for mis-entered requests and all engraved items are not returnable or refundable.
