Ledlenser uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.
Ledlenser Malaysia is closed on all public holidays, Saturday and Sunday. All orders will processed on the next working day.
All ready stock ship out from Johor Bahru. Our shipping is free of charge from a purchase value of RM200. For deliveries below this value, shipping costs of RM10 – RM15 will be charged for deliveries within Malaysia.

When can I expect my order?
Shipping Tracking details will be sent to customer for delivery tracking purpose once the order is ready to be shipped from warehouse.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with a shipment tracking number, you can track the shipment any time.
Delivery will take 1-2 working days for West Malaysia and 2-7 working days for East Malaysia after the order has shipped.
All delivery lead times are estimated.

What payment options do I have?

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?
For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office address.
If you choose to deliver to your office, please include the business name in the shipping address.
Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception.
What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?
In case of any problems with your delivery, Ledlenser will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you.
We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
