Please note:

  • By registering your product you benefit from an extended warranty* on the purchased Ledlenser product
  • Each product has its own individual code, which can only be registered once
  • Each product is accompanied by a registration card from which you can obtain further information on the registration process
  • Registered products enable faster processing of inquiries by our support

All products we’ve developed have been put to the acid test. Only items that can withstand the toughest conditions can bear our name. And because we are sure of the quality of our product, we offer a warranty period for all Ledlenser lights which goes well beyond the average up to 7 years*.

Warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase and 7 years if you register your product online through the warranty card that comes in the packaging. The warranty is valid worldwide and legal warranty rights also apply. It covers defects in materials and workmanship. For the proper functioning of rechargeable batteries, a different warranty period of 2 years is applied.

* Excluded from these warranty periods are the K-Series products which come with a 2 years warranty period. The Lite Wallet ® Products will come with No Warranty.

**2 years Malaysia local warranty for the products of the “Solidline” and Workers Friend.

***The warranty does not apply to defects in alkaline batteries, holsters, pouches, bags, remote switches, colour filters, imprints, embossing or surface coatings, or consequential loss/damage resulting from the aforementioned.

Claims under this warranty shall only exist if the product does not exhibit any damage or signs of wear caused by use deviating from the normal purpose and specifications of the manufacturer and the product does not exhibit any features that indicate repairs or other interventions by the customer or workshops not authorised by the manufacturer. Damage caused by leaking batteries does not constitute a warranty claim. Please contact the respective battery manufacturer to claim such damage.

Only replacement and repair of the product can be considered as warranty services that we have to provide in the event of a warranty claim. Any further claims under the warranty – in particular claims for damages – are not covered by the warranty and are therefore excluded. Warranty services shall neither extend nor renew the warranty period.

How to Submit Your Claim

Sorry to hear that you have had a problem with one of Ledlenser products. 

However, as you purchased a leading brand, rest assured that it comes with excellent back office and warranty support. 

If you wish to make a warranty claim, please do the following steps:

  1. Fill in the Warranty Claim Form. (Click Here)
  2. Add the “Warranty – Goods Return Shipping Fee” item into cart to make the payment for the goods return shipping fee.
  3. Send us your light with a reliable Shipping company. Our company will not be responsible to any product missing in the middle of the delivery. Your light should be sent to:
    No 123, Jalan Seri Impian 1, Taman Impian Height, 81300 Skudai, Johor, Malaysia.

  4. You will be notify with your light’s inspection report. A Shipping Tracking Number will be mail to you when your light has being repaired or replaced.

If you cannot find your proof of purchase DO NOT WORRY. Just send the product in and we will contact you if there are any problems.

* Please allow up to 4-5 working days, once we receive it, to get the repaired or replaced product back out to you.

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We take extraordinary measures to ensure that your LEDLENSER product reliably performs its functions for many years. If this is not the case for products bought after 10/01/2015 within a period of five years as of the day of purchase (or seven years if the product is registered), then the fault will be repaired at our own discretion, or the product will be replaced by the same or a higher value model.

2. Warranty Claims

If your product reveals a defect against expectations within the warranty period, please contact the respective representative in your country and present to them your original proof of purchase (on which is stated the date of purchase and the name of the retailer).

The costs of sending the goods shall be borne by you. Freight collect deliveries will not be accepted.

3. Warrantor

The Warrantor is the company Ledlenser GmbH & Co. KG (Ledlenser), Kronenstr. 5 – 7, 42699 Solingen, Germany.

4. Warranty

This warranty is in addition to any contractual or statutory claims you may have against your seller under the laws of your country. Such claims must also be asserted against the latter. There is no charge for exercising your statutory rights within the scope of EU law. Please seek advice outside the scope of application of EU law as to whether the assertion of statutory rights within the scope of application of your national law is also free of charge.

5. Costs

Our warranty services are free of charge with regard to replacement or repair. This does not apply to any costs incurred by possible postage of the product.

If warranty claims are asserted and it turns out during the inspection of the product by the manufacturer or the responsible customer service that there was no defect or that the warranty claim does not exist for one of the above-mentioned reasons, we reserve the right to charge you a service fee of RM30. This does not apply to any costs incurred by possible postage of the product.

6. Miscellaneous

The warranty is valid worldwide and is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, if and insofar as your more favourable home country law does not take precedence. Express and deviating undertakings on the occasion of the purchase retain their validity.
