Do make sure you using the same full name as written in the warranty form, to allow us in identifying the lights returned is from you.
In the majority of cases, your product will be replaced by default with a new unit, if it couldn't be repair or replaced with parts. If your product has sentimental value to you, please do not send it in, and instead contact our customer service team.
The warranty for Ledlenser is handled by Beamfield Sdn Bhd. Under the warranty of Ledlenser, we will repair or replace your item at our discretion. If we choose to replace the item instead of repairing it, your original product will not be sent back to you.
You will be notified if your products is no longer under warranty and charges needed for repairing or replacing the parts.
Before returning a light to us, make sure to put in new batteries and that they are inserted the way indicated by the + and – symbols. And do check if this resolves the problem you faced.
